Wet Risers are similar to that of Dry Risers, Wet Risers however are charged with water and water supply is provided with pumps supplied by water storage tanks, Wet Risers are installed in Buildings taller than 50 Meters. Having a system that is full of water and under pressure at all times speeds up the process of Fire Fighting in High Rise Buildings. A Wet Riser should be serviced twice per year one visual inspection and one annual service.

Yearly servicing requires pumps to be inspected and run for a period of 15 Minutes, Pump cut in pressures to be taken for each pump, System flow tested in the pump room from the supplied Flow line, Water storage tanks are inspected including tank valves, All outlet valves tested and inspected, outlet valve static pressures recorded, once this has been completed a full report will be issued to the client. If Remedial works are then required we will set about this task in a timely and professional manner, completing remedial works and issue a Certificate of compliance in line with BS 9990:2015

We Offer 6 Month Inspection check to make sure our clients Fire Hydratory Systems are working fine. Because your safety matters all to us.
