SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE

Having a Dry Riser installed on your premises plays a vital role with your Fire strategy meaning you can rest assured that in any Emergency the Fire & Rescue service are capable of utilising your Dry Riser to provide water to all levels of your Building to fight a Fire, Integral Fire have a long established wealth in Servicing & Installing systems nationwide. Our Engineers have been carefully hand picked and trained to the highest standards achievable and are all Certificated to BS 9990:2015

ANNUAL PRESSURE TESTING

We set the system to 12 bar water pressure at inlet for 15 minutes to see if there is any leak in pipes or joints and if it can bear the pressure. Once test is completed water is drained out . if system fails maintaining the pressure full inspection is carried out and a detailed report is given to client. If Remedial works are then required we will set about this task in a timely and professional manner & once complete we will then carry out a further pressure test and issue a Certificate of compliance.

Our Service steps

We Offer Annual & 6 Month Visual Inspection check to make sure our clients Fire Hydratory Systems are working fine. Because your safety matters all to us .

The inlet breaching valve springs and rubbers are free moving and in good condition

Maintenance & remedial repairs  (as required)

Replacing outlet washers

Replace blank caps and chains

Repair or replace hand wheel nuts

Repair or replace landing outlets

Replace the inlet cabinet and door

Replace cabinet glass

5

Repair the inlet breeching valves springs (and replace rubbers as necessary)

Repair or replace valves (replace strap and lock as necessary)

Supply dry riser signage to all floors (as necessary)
